Each mailbox can send and receive email, and access emails on mobile devices. Keep in mind that each mailbox is a monthly charge.

Email Addresses and User Accounts

List the email address of each mailbox and the full name of the person who will be using the mailbox. For example: John Smith - johnsmith@chameleo.com.au Jill Smith - jillsmith@chameleo.com.au

Distribution Groups

A Distribution Group allows you to create an email address, and then have members of the group receive emails to that address - all without paying for a mailbox. Used for generic email addresses such as info@chameleo.com.au. You cannot send out as this email address - it is only for forwarding emails to the members of the group. You cannot connect mobile devices to this email address. Example: Group Name: Accounts Group Email: accounts@chameleo.com.au Members of Group: John Smith, Jill Smith
